About Michael Newby

Mike Newby serves as a director at Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle PC.  His practice focuses on business, regulatory compliance and other transactional issues within health care law. 

He regularly advises hospitals, health systems, physicians and other health care providers with health reform issues; accountable care organizations; Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement; managed care agreements; hospital/physician joint ventures and alignment strategies.
