Stanley Harris, M.D. MA is a physician executive with over thirty years of experience in medical management operations and leadership development. He completed his residency in Pediatrics at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, and is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Harris has held various leadership positions, including as Medical Director III at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where he helped define access to medically necessary care/benefits for 3.8 million people in New Jersey through medical policy development. He has also served as the Chairman of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association National Medical Policy Panel, Assistant Vice President for Ambulatory Care for the NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation, Medical Director for Alternative Delivery Systems for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Director of the Montefiore Comprehensive Health Care Center.

Dr. Harris has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership and is the author of the recently published book, "The People Value Proposition: See one, Do one, Teach one...Lead A Physician's Journey to Leadership." He is a trustee of the Marist College Board of Trustees, where he chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Dr. Harris is also an experienced public speaker, delivering keynote addresses and workshops at both the corporate and college level. His areas of expertise include medical policy research and development, organizational communication and leadership, community-based healthcare, and health payer medical management.
