On Sunday, Margaret McKenzie, MD, president of the Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville, Ohio, will lead two sessions during the Thought Leadership Symposium, including a special panel on women’s leadership.
In the women’s panel, titled “Assessing Your Value Proposition as a Leader,” she will address the disparity in the number of women graduating from medical school and those reaching hospital leadership positions.
The session begins at 2 p.m.
Earlier, at 8 a.m., McKenzie will lead a panel on physician engagement.
