Abstract

Leadership wisdom is an evolving blend of intellect, emotional intelligence, and experience. In this article, the author shares insights gained over four decades as a healthcare CEO, highlighting 10 core principles for effective leadership. From embracing passion and cultivating patience to fostering accountability and learning to say no, these wisdoms underscore the importance of self-care, building relationships, and thinking outside the box. By sharing personal anecdotes and practical advice, the author encourages leaders to continuously refine their unique brand of wisdom to make sound decisions and achieve success.
