Abstract
Awareness of one’s mortality can serve as a powerful motivator to live a more productive, purposeful, and fulfilling life. Rather than succumbing to the fear of death, embracing the limited time we have can lead to increased clarity, focus, and engagement in meaningful activities. This perspective encourages individuals to prioritize what truly matters, cultivate deep relationships, and pursue their passions with vigor, regardless of age.
