Medical Malpractice Risk Management, 2nd edition

Paperback

In a quick, concise way, learn how the law affects you and your practice. Gain strategies to mitigate the risk of litigation and best practices for your office.

You’ll also take an easy-to-read trip through the entire medical malpractice minefield, from notification of a lawsuit through its final settlement. The goal of the authors  ̶  a physician leader and two trial lawyers  ̶  is to ensure that the physician defendant is aware of all the potential traps in the litigation process. This knowledge arms the physician defendant for all stages of the process and gives a leg up on exactly what each of those stages is meant to accomplish.
