Dian Ginsberg

Dian Ginsberg, EdD currently serves as the president/CEO of The Career Consultants, LLC, where she works with high performing individuals to facilitate career transitions and find wellbeing and meaning in their work and personal lives. Dian also currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultant and faculty for the American Association for Physician Leadership in addition to an executive coach with the TED entrepreneurs' program.

Prior to starting her consulting firm, Dr. Ginsberg served as the Expert Advisor - Professional Development with the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL).

In this capacity she provided executive, wellness, and career coaching for physicians. Dian also developed AAPL's new initiatives including physician wellness, women in medicine and the diversity and inclusion programs. She is a certified professional career coach and has worked with organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, CIGNA, Methodist Healthcare, Envision Healthcare, Advent Health, BayCare Health and many more healthcare organizations in the development of their longitudinal physician leadership programs. Dian also managed AAPL's career and professional development division which includes a portfolio of resume/CV writers, executive coaches, and physician support services.

Dr. Ginsberg earned her doctorate degree from University of South Florida's EdD program where her major was Program Development-Educational Innovation. She also has a master's certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach through Real Balance. Dian's area of research was physician burnout. She holds a master's degree in Career and Technical Education with a focus on Adult Education from the University of South Florida.
