Sara Larch

Sara Larch Brings 30+ years of consulting & real-world industry experience in large physician groups, and 8 years at Deloitte Consulting as Managing Director and National Leader of the Physician Enterprise (PE) practice. She has C-suite experience as COO of University of Maryland’s 900-physician organization and as VP of Inova Health System. In both roles, she led teams of physicians and other leaders to define an optimized operating model. Sara is well-known in the PE industry as a leader with the ability to bring large groups of people together around a common goal and to help create a hybrid culture/structure that results in a high-performance.
