Tricia Hern MD is Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs & Physician Development at Community Health Network, a non-for-profit health system in Indianapolis. She leads a 12-month Physician/APP Leadership Academy for the system’s medical directors and APP leaders, currently in its 11th cohort, which has trained nearly 300 clinicians since 2017. Dr. Hern co-founded the Center for Physician Well-Being & Professional Development at Community Health Network and serves as DIO for GME programs.
