Tanya J. Sibrava, DO, MBA, FACHE, is a physician executive with experience across payer strategy, value-based care, risk contracting, and population health. As Market Physician Executive at Monogram Health, she leads clinical strategy focused on improving outcomes and delivering value for patients with complex and chronic conditions across Arizona.

Dr. Sibrava has held physician leadership roles with Arkos Health, Arizona Priority Care, and Adobe Care and Wellness, working across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Exchange populations. Her experience spans clinical operations, population health, utilization management, care management, quality, risk adjustment, and the development and execution of value-based contracts. At Arkos Health, she served as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs, helping align clinical strategy and operations with the organization's value-based care model.

With an MBA and extensive experience leading clinical and operational teams, Dr. Sibrava brings a physician's perspective to the business of healthcare.
