Sarah Hoffe is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is also the Interim Chair of GI Medical Oncology and the Director of Radiation Oncology XR and Innovation. She leads a leadership course for the department's radiation oncology residents.

In addition to her clinical and teaching duties, her GI research trials, and her over 200 peer-reviewed publications, Hoffe has an interest in leadership education for which she has developed courses at the national level at her society's annual ASTRO meeting. She has also developed a leadership training course for her institution's radiation oncology residents as well as a multidisciplinary leadership journal club.
