Max Hockenberry is a founding partner of MaxWorth Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Hockenberry has 39 years of experience in incentive compensation design. He has spoken at national venues such as the Estes Park Institute, the American College of Healthcare Executives Congress, and the American Association of Physician Leadership Conference. He’s also spoken with hospital leaders and physicians at healthcare organizations across the country about how they can achieve their goal of alignment through mutually beneficial on-call compensation.

Mr. Hockenberry graduated Cum Laude from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. When he’s not addressing healthcare compensation challenges, Mr. Hockenberry enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie, and their children.
