Dr. Heather Schmidt is a family medicine physician in Fond du Lac, WI, who trained at Midwestern University and completed her residency at Exempla/St. Joseph’s Hospital. In 2013, she became Medical Director of Health and Wellness at Agnesian HealthCare and in 2020, System Medical Director of Healthy Work and Well-being for SSM Health. She has collaborated with partners to integrate well-being into initiatives, and implemented SSM’s Care for Caregivers peer support system and Schwartz Rounds.
