Eric Leafgreen, CPA, CPCV, is the Vice President of Physician Compensation and Strategic Services at Ludi. He brings nearly two decades of experience in physician compensation, fair market value, and provider M&A to his work advising health systems on compensation plan design, workforce governance, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Ludi, Eric served as Director of Physician Compensation at Banner Health, one of the nation's largest non-profit health systems, where he oversaw FMV and commercial reasonableness compliance for more than 3,000 employed providers representing roug hly $1 billion in annual compensation. Prior to Banner, he was a Manager in the Business Valuation Group at VMG Health, advising health systems on compensation compliance, valuation, and physician practice acquisitions.

Eric holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He's a founding board member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP) and leads its committee on professional standards and credentialing.
