Preparation and being one ahead is a basic principle used by magicians, and it can help create a big surprise moment that causes jaws to drop from the audience. The same principle of being one ahead applies to the healthcare profession. This article discusses the magical principle of being one ahead and provides examples of using this magical principle in the medical profession.
