Abstract
This article provides an innovative and practical approach to the use of social proof theory to enhance the effectiveness of popular models for organizational change, like Prosci ADKAR®. The discussion explores social proof theory as a validated construct with elements strongly associated with behavior change for individuals and groups. The practical application of concepts is demonstrated through the examination of a successful national change campaign in a large integrated healthcare system.
