Randall Bickle

Randall Bickle DO, JD, CPE, FAAPL, is the CEO and Medical Director of Olympia Medical Services, a 500-physician organization based in the western part of Detroit. Dr. Bickle was the founding member of Olympia in 2003. OM has physicians at 6 different hospitals and serves over 40,000 covered lives in a number of health plans.

Dr. Bickle is a board-certified Family Physician who practices in Livonia, Michigan for the past 30 years. He is an Assistant Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has had the privilege of working with many students over the past 25 years. He received the honor of Master Preceptor in 2017 from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and was nominated by Michigan State. He also was awarded Teacher of the Year by St. Joe’s Ann Arbor for his work with the Transitional Year residents.

Dr. Bickle has served on many Boards including POM ACO which was the second largest Accountable Care Organization in the nation, Together Health Network which was a CIN composed of the Michigan based hospitals and physicians of Ascension Health, Trinity Health and the University of Michigan. He has been the Chairman of the Credentials Committee for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for the last 10 years. He received his B.A., M.S. and J.D. from St. Louis University and his D.O. from NYITCOM. His most rewarding job (not literally) is being the husband and father to his wife and three daughters which keeps him grounded always.
