About the host

Dian Ginsberg, Sr. Director of Career Development

Dian Ginsberg currently serves as the Senior Director of Career & Professional Development with the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL). 

In her current role, she is responsible for launching the organization’s new initiatives such as physician wellness, diversity and inclusion and women in leadership.  She is passionate about improving the quality of healthcare through these initiatives. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Program Development-Educational Innovation with a master’s certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching.  Dian’s area of research is physician burnout.
