Dian Ginsberg, Sr. Director of Career Development
Dian Ginsberg currently serves as the Senior Director of Career & Professional Development with the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL).
In her current role, she is responsible for launching the organization’s new initiatives such as physician wellness, diversity and inclusion and women in leadership. She is passionate about improving the quality of healthcare through these initiatives. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Program Development-Educational Innovation with a master’s certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching. Dian’s area of research is physician burnout.
For 20+ years Lisa worked in the medical field, as both as a practicing physician and serving as a healthcare industry leader. Now, Lisa now dedicates her time to helping other physician leaders negotiate better work environments, get clarity about their roles and expectations, and find passion in their current jobs.
Lynne has been in the physician recruitment industry since 1991 and she was one of the first to be certified in in her field. Over the years, she has assisted 100’s of physicians in their search of the “right fit” of practice opportunities and is often invited to speak on the topic of finding the first practice opportunity.
