Many physicians are interested in owning their own practice. Of course, the financial obligations involved can be overwhelming.

At noon EDT time on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, the American Association for Physician Leadership hosts a webinar that should be able to help demystify the process.

The one-hour webinar, “Critical Steps to Physician Practice Ownership,” will feature Ben Stewart, Southeast sales director for Bank of America Practice Solutions, which helps physicians and other providers expand their practices.

Stewart plans to cover such topics as steps to starting, buying or buying into a practice; obtaining financing; and selecting a support team.

After his presentation, Stewart will answer questions collected from participants using the chatroom feature.

For over 45 years.

The American Association for Physician Leadership has helped physicians develop their leadership skills through education, career development, thought leadership and community building.

The American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL) changed its name from the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) in 2014. We may have changed our name, but we are the same organization that has been serving physician leaders since 1975.
