She will lead two sessions during the Thought Leadership Symposium on Sunday, including a special panel on women’s leadership.

On Sunday, Margaret McKenzie, MD, president of the Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville, Ohio, will lead two sessions during the Thought Leadership Symposium, including a special panel on women’s leadership.

In the women’s panel, titled “Assessing Your Value Proposition as a Leader,” she will address the disparity in the number of women graduating from medical school and those reaching hospital leadership positions.

The session begins at 2 p.m.

Earlier, at 8 a.m., McKenzie will lead a panel on physician engagement.

Both sessions are in the Constitution Ballroom.
