Before joining AAPL in 2019, Glasgo spent several years providing customer service and support in the residential and commercial real estate and property management industry throughout the state of Florida. He also served in a similar capacity for serving customers of Braille Works, Inc., an alternative format transcription service for people who are blind.

In his current role, Glasgo serves as the first point of contact for all inbound calls. An expert troubleshooter, he has vast knowledge of “Everything AAPL” and as a result, instills confidence about the way forward regarding AAPL programs, products and services.
