David Asch, MD, MBA, is the executive director of the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation. He is the John Morgan professor of medicine and medical ethics and health policy at the Perelman School of Medicine, and a professor of health care management and operations, information and decisions at the Wharton School.

A board-certified emergency medicine physician who has worked in both academic and community settings, Dr. Agrawal is the former deputy administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and director of one of its largest centers, the Center for Program Integrity (CPI).

Prior to joining IBM, Dr. Rhee was Chief Public Health Officer at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), where he served on and led numerous national initiatives related to prevention, quality, and public health.
