Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel before July 1, 2015. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment – minus a $100 dollar processing fee. Funds can only be transferred one time. If transferred, the funds are no longer available for refund.

No refunds or transfers to a new course will be issued after July 1, 2015, or if CME has been claimed. Registration for this program may be transferred to another attendee with no fee.

Group Requirements:
A 30% non-refundable registration deposit is required.
